805th Plenary Meeting of the Forum for Security Co-operation
Situation in and around Ukraine (Ukraine, Annex 1; Russian Federation, Annex 2). Financial contribution to the project on strengthening the capacity of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine for the removal of unexploded ordnance in the regions of Donetsk and Luhansk (Luxembourg, Annex 3). Food-for-thought paper on the substantial modernization of the Vienna Document and a way ahead for CSBMs (FSC.DEL/219/15 Restr.) (Germany, Annex 4).
804th Plenary Meeting of the Forum for Security Co-operation
Prior to taking up the agenda, the Chairperson, Ukraine, Luxembourg-European Union, the United States of America, the Russian Federation, Armenia, Switzerland, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Moldova, Georgia and Hungary expressed condolences to the families of those who lost their lives as a result of the horrendous terrorist attacks in France as well as to the Russian Federation in connection with the downing of Metrojet Flight 9268. France and the Russian Federation thanked delegations for these expressions of sympathy. Situation in and around Ukraine (Ukraine, Annex 1; Russian Federation, Annex 2). Request for assistance with the upgrade of storage sites of stockpiles of conventional ammunition in Armenia (Armenia, Annex 3). The Forum for Security Co-operation adopted Decision No. 7/15 on the agenda and modalities of the twenty-sixth Annual Implementation Assessment Meeting. Financial contributions to projects on small arms and light weapons and stockpiles of conventional ammunition in the OSCE area (Switzerland, Annex 4; Serbia, Annex 5; Montenegro, Annex 6; Moldova, Annex 7).

Joint Statement of the Parties to the Agreement on Sub-Regional Arms Control, Annex 1-B, Article IV of the General Framework Agreement for Peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina (Serbia, also on behalf of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Montenegro, Annex 1). Situation in and around Ukraine (Ukraine, Annex 2; Russian Federation, Annex 3).

Prior to taking up the agenda, the Chairperson, Ukraine, Luxembourg-European Union and the United States of America expressed condolences to Romania in connection with the recent tragic event in Bucharest and to the Russian Federation in connection with the recent aeroplane crash. Romania also expressed condolences to the Russian Federation. The Russian Federation also expressed condolences to Romania as well as gratitude for the expression of sympathy. Situation in and around Ukraine (Ukraine, Annex 1; Russian Federation, Annex 2; France, Annex 3). The Forum for Security Co-operation adopted Decision No. 6/15 on the dates and venue of the twenty-sixth Annual Implementation Assessment Meeting.
