Bureau of the Court
The Bureau is the permanent executive body of the Court and ensures the operation of the Court and the duties entrusted to it under the Convention, the Financial Protocol and the Rules of procedure. The current Bureau was elected in October 2019 for a six-year term. It is composed of: Emmanuel Decaux (President), Erkki Kourula (Vice-President), Vasilka Sancin, Christian Tomuschat, Verica Trstenjak (members of the Bureau) as well as Mats Melin, Anne Ramberg, and Silja Vöneky (alternate members of the Bureau).
