Spring school of journalism graduation ceremony for young reporters

Young reporters who have succesfuly completed three months of training by journalism school of the non governmental organization Kloop Media, will graduate from the spring semester. Out of some 25 students who attend the school on a paid basis, eight students from provinces were supported by the OSCE Centre in Bishkek, in the framework of the Centre’s Media Programme - which aimed at promoting ethical standards and journalistic principles among the young generation of reporters.
About 70 people are expected to attend the ceremony including Kloop agency's staff, representatives of international organizations and potential employers.
At the event works by each graduate in various media fields will be presented, and the graduates will introduce themselves to potential employers from mainstream news agencies. The OSCE-supported spring school for young journalists aimed to emphasize the importance of ethical standards and principles, and popularize the principles of a free and responsible media.
