The two-day forum will involve a diverse group of stakeholders in discussions on regional Internet-related issues. The event will bring together young journalists, civil society representatives and government officials, international organizations and independent researchers, as well as international experts and a number of the most active Internet users and advocates (e.g. bloggers).

Participants will speak about a variety of topics including: the Internet and freedom of expression, governmental regulation of the Internet, business aspects of the Internet, and local electronic media content.
