This brochure produced by the OSCE provides useful information on nature of chemical threats, as well as a number of practical tips that will help civilians to undertake safety measures and provide first aid in case of poisoning by industrial toxic chemicals (ammonia, chlorine, nitric acid and mercury). Available in Ukrainian. 

The report is an adapted summary of materials prepared within the programme of measures for the Don river basin. The publication consists of two parts. The first one provides an overview of main water issues, namely the water pollution, groundwater depletion, the impact of climate change on the state of water resources and the aspects related to the armed conflict in the region.
