Our Mission, Combating Human Trafficking

Since 2003, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe has had a dedicated position to help States combat, prevent, and ultimately end human trafficking. The Special Representative and Coordinator for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings leads an office of passionate and committed people working on a wide range of issues related to trafficking. Through awareness raising, technical assistance, capacity building, research and policy development, the Office of the Special Representative coordinates the OSCE’s efforts on every aspect of human trafficking; learn more about its activities.
