OSCE supports TV ads on Ukrainian parliamentary elections: Voter lists The OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine and the Ukrainian Central Election Commission have launched a public-awareness campaign ahead of the parliamentary elections to be held on 28 October 2012. The campaign includes a series of television ads aimed at raising the awareness of Ukrainian voters about their legal rights, electoral procedures and the importance of elections in general. The ads will be broadcast several times a day on four national, and some 30 regional and municipal, television channels. The campaign is part of a project supported by the Canadian International Development Agency and the Norwegian Foreign Ministry.
