OSCE/ODIHR trains Ukraine’s law enforcement officers on countering hate crime

Whilst areas at and around Donetsk airport remained largely calm with one ceasefire violation recorded, the SMM continued to note violations elsewhere, in particular around Horlivka and Kominternove.
