Focusing on the Minsk Protocol and Memorandum, the SMM continued monitoring the situation in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions, still noting that violence is continuing in a number of places.

The situation in Ukraine and the role played by the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), which is leading the international response to the crisis, was discussed at a recent roundtable at the Graduate Institute in Geneva.
