Au nom du Conseil permanent, le Président a souhaité la bienvenue au nouveau Représentant permanent de la Hongrie auprès de l’OSCE, S. E. l’Ambassadeur Károly Dán, ainsi qu’au Chargé d’affaires et Chef de la Délégation de l’Ouzbékistan auprès de l’OSCE, M. Rustamdjan Khakimov, tous deux ayant prononcé quelques mots pour marquer leur prise de fonctions. Rapport du Représentant personnel du Président en exercice de l’OSCE pour l’Article IV de l’Annexe 1-B des Accords de paix de Dayton, le Général de Division M. Torres. Rapport du Chef de la Mission de l’OSCE au Kosovo, Ambassador Jean-Claude Schlumberger. Violations persistantes des principes et engagements de l’OSCE par la Fédération de Russie et situation en Ukraine. Situation en Ukraine et violations persistantes des normes du droit international humanitaire durant l’opération punitive dans l’est de l’Ukraine.
