الجهة المنظمة : قسم التعاون الخارجي / الامانة العامة لمنظمة الامن والتعاون في أوروبا.
سيعقد المؤتمر المتوسطي لمنظمة الامن والتعاون في أوروبا هذه السنة في المملكة الاردنية الهاشمية وذلك يومي 20 و 21 اكتوبر 2015. ( سيتم الاعلان عن موقع انعقاد المؤتمر في أٌقرب الآجال)
استنادا الى التقييم أن أمن منطقة منظمة الامن والتعاون في أوروبا يرتبط ارتباطا وثيقا بالمناطق المجاورة بما في ذلك منطقة البحر الابيض المتوسط والتغييرات الجارية في هذا الفضاء المتوسطي التي قد يكون لها تاثير واسع على أمن منطقة منظمة الامن والتعاون في أوروبا وخارجها.
ولهذا سيركز المؤتمر على "الامن المشترك في منطقة البحر الابيض المتوسط – التحديات والفرص".
ستعكس هذه المقاربة الشاملة الذكرى الاربعين (40) لاتفاق هلسنكي النهائي لسنة 1975 والذي تناول مسائل تتعلق بالامن و التعاون في المنطقة المتوسطية.
سيستهل المؤتمر خلال جلسته الاولى بمناقشة سياسية واسعة ورفيعة المستوى حول مسألة الامن في البحر الابيض المتوسط متبوعة بثلاث جلسات عمل.
- الجلسة الثانية: مواجهة التطرف العنيف و التعصب المؤدي الى الارهاب.
- الجلسة الثالثة: دور الحوار بين الاديان ومابين الثقافات.
- الجلسة الرابعة: الهجرة الغير النظامية و حماية اللاجئين و تهريب المهاجرين و الاتجار بالبشر في المنطقة المتوسطية.
سيكون من بين المشاركين في المؤتمر ممثلون عن الدول المشاركة في منظمة الامن و التعاون في أوروبا والدول المتوسطية الشريكة للتعاون ( الجزائر و مصر و اسرائيل و الاردن و المغرب و تونس) بالاظافة الى العديد من المنظمات الدولية و المنظمات الغير الحكومية.
ستتاح الترتيبات اللازمة لهذا الحدث بما في ذلك المعلومات المتعلقة بمكان انعقاد المؤتمر و اجراءات التسجيل على هذا الموقع الالكتروني في الوقت المناسب.
