La Commission consultative pour le régime «Ciel ouvert» (CCCO) est l’organe chargé de l’application du Traité sur le régime «Ciel ouvert». Composée de représentants de chacun des 33 États Parties au Traité, la CCCO se réunit au siège de l’Organisation pour la sécurité et la coopération en Europe (OSCE) à Vienne (Autriche).
