Annual report on OSCE activities
Im Berichtszeitraum fand am 18. und 19. November 1999 in Istanbul das sechste OSZE-Gipfeltreffen statt. Auf diesem Treffen erörterten die Staats- und Regierungschefs der OSZE-Teilnehmerstaaten alle Dimensionen der Sicherheit und nahmen eine Einschätzung der Risiken und Herausforderungen für die europäische Sicherheit an der Schwelle zum neuen Jahrtausend vor.
