Approche de la Fédération de Russie sur la mise à jour du Document de Vienne. Nomination de M. L. Szatmári (Hongrie) comme Coordonnateur du FCS pour les projets relatifs aux armes légères et de petit calibre et aux stocks de munitions conventionnelles. Cours pour les commandants de formations ou d’unités au titre du Document de Vienne 1999, tenu du 3 au 8 avril 2011 (Hongrie, Annexe). Cérémonie d’inauguration, prévue le 20 mai 2011, à l’issue de la conclusion du projet visant à améliorer la gestion et la sécurité des stocks sur le site de stockage de Taras (Monténégro). Exposé informel sur le projet relatif aux armes légères et de petit calibre en Bosnie-Herzégovine, devant être présenté le 23 mai 2011.
