Guide de bonnes pratiques: normes minimales pour les procédures nationales de neutralisation des armes légères et de petit calibre
Le présent guide fournit des informations et suggère des approches et des procédures pour le contrôle de la neutralisation permanente des ALPC. Il contient des références aux engagements internationaux pertinents et cite les éléments nécessaires de la législation nationale en énonçant les normes et principes du contrôle de la neutralisation des ALPC. Il envisage également des mesures efficaces pour leur application. Les mesures prescrites dans le présent guide devraient être considérées comme des normes minimales pour la neutralisation des ALPC : les États participants pourront adopter des règlements plus stricts au niveau national.
