Predsedavajući OEBS-u poziva na punu implementaciju Paketa mera za implementaciju iz Minska

BEOGRAD, 18. februar 2015.– Predsedavajući OEBS-u, prvi potpredsednik vlade i ministar spoljnih poslova Srbije Ivica Dačić pozdravio je usvajanje Rezolucije 2202 Saveta bezbednosti UN, podvlačeći da je neophodno da sve potpisnice Dokumenta iz Minska u potpunosti i bezuslovno poštuju sveobuhvatni prekid vatre dogovoren u Minsku 12. februara.
"U ovom trenutku, od suštinske je važnosti da sve vojne aktivnosti odmah prestanu i da Specijalna posmatračka misija (SPM) ima puni pristup svim oblastima, uključujući Debaljcevo i okolinu," rekao je Dačić.
“Odgovornost je svih potpisnika dokumenata iz Minska da posmatračima SPM-a na terenu osiguraju bezbednost, sigurnost, slobodu kretanja i neometan pristup svim oblastima. Uznemirujući su izveštaji SPM o sprečavanju pristupa oblasti u i oko Debaljceva, i posebno pozivam predstavnike tzv. Donjecke i Luganske Narodne Republike da osiguraju SPM-u pristup navedenom području bez odlaganja, što je u punom skladu sa dogovorima iz Minska i preuzetim obavezama. Uprkos naporima moje specijalne predstavnice ambasadorke Taljavini, pristup posmatračima SPM oblasti u i oko Debaljceva nije omogućen.”
Predsedavajući OEBS-a je podsetio da je prekid vatre dogovoren i da važi za čitavu oblast konflikta, bez ikakvih izuzetaka. Dostizanje potpunog i dokazivog prekida vatre suštinski je preduslov za implementaciju drugih koraka iz Paketa mera koje je SPM spremna da sprovede.
