KIJEV, 14. februar 2015. – Nakon nedavno održanog sastanka u Normandijskom formatu u Minsku, Trilateralna kontakt grupa je danas, 14. febuara 2015, održala konsultacije putem video linka sa predstavnicima određenih oblasti regiona Donjeck i Lugansk. Trilateralna kontakt grupa sastoji se od visokih predstavnika Ukrajine, Ruske Federacije i predsedavajućeg OEBS-u.
Tema konsultacija bila je praktična primena “Paketa mera za implementaciju Dogovora iz Minska”, usvojenog u Minsku 12. februara 2015. godine. Posebna pažnja poklonjena je punom poštovanju odredbi koje se tiču primirja i koje striktno treba sprovesti od 15. februara 2015. u ponoć po kijevskom vremenu, kao i povlačenju teškog naoružanja, kako je dogovoreno u Paketu mera za implementaciju.
Na konsultacijama je dogovoreno da svi akteri preuzmu potrebne mere kako bi se dostigli pomenuti ciljevi i ubrzala deeskalacija neprijateljstava u konfliktnoj zoni, pre svega u blizini gradova Debaljcevo i Mariupolj, u čijoj blizini se poslednjih dana vode žestoke borbe.
Takođe je odlučeno da se Trilateralna kontakt grupa regularno sastaje na daljim konsultacijama sa predstavnicima određenih oblasti regiona Donjeck i Lugansk, kako bi se omogućila puna implementacija sporazuma iz Minska od 5. odnosno 15. septembra 2014. i Paketa mera od 12. februara 2015.
