تعزيز الوساطة المراعية للنوع الاجتماعي

يمكن استخدام هذه المذكرة التوجيهية كأداة عملية يستخدمها الوسطاء للبدء في إدراج قضايا النساء وقضايا مساواة النوع الاجتماعي في أجندة الوساطة. تهدف هذه المذكرة أيضاً إلى مساعدة المفاوضين في مراجعة تكوين فرق العمل الخاصة بهم من أجل اشراك النساء واشتمال الخبرة المتعلقة بالنوع الاجتماعي.
