The OSCE Mission to Montenegro is the Organization's youngest field operation, established on 29 June 2006, soon after the Republic of Montenegro became independent and was admitted to the OSCE as its 56th participating State.

School magazine in multi-ethnic Montenegro has lessons for adults too

An OSCE Mission to Montenegro project is helping schoolchildren in Ulcinj in the south of the country produce a magazine with a message: combating discrimination and intolerance in their multi-ethnic community.
