Library

The documents library of the OSCE contains materials dating back to the set-up of the Conference for Security and Co-operation in Europe, in 1975. Most older OSCE documents have been digitised and are available online, along with up-to-date collections from OSCE Missions and Institutions.

We strive to provide our visitors with a rich variety of multimedia content. We maintain a photo gallery of over 10 000 pictures, free to use if attributed and for non-commercial purposes. We provide audio of recorded speeches and presentations, and produce videos of conferences, interviews, speeches and for public information.
