Welcome

This Supplementary Human Dimension Meeting on Protection and Promotion of Human Rights: Responsibilities and Effective Remedies is jointly organized by the Spanish Chairmanship of the OSCE and the OSCE's Office for Democratic Insitutions and Human Rights (ODIHR).

The meeting will look at the role played by national courts, civil society and national human rights institutions in dealing with violations of human rights and fundamental freedoms.
