Welcome
The 2006 Human Dimension Implementation Meeting (HDIM), organized by the OSCE's Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), will take place in Warsaw, 2-13 October.
The HDIM is Europe's largest human rights conference and is a forum where representatives from government, civil society and international organizations discuss the implementation of OSCE commitments in the human dimension.
