Anti-trafficking

The fight against trafficking - in human beings, in small arms and light weapons and in drugs - has been a top priority for the OSCE in recent years.

Trafficking in human beings is one of the most pressing and complex issues in the OSCE region. Every year, thousands of women, children and men are trafficked to or from OSCE States. Actions the OSCE takes include legislative reforms, training of law enforcement authorities and improving the security of travel documents. The economic impact of all these forms of trafficking is also closely followed.
