The book  "The Culture of Dialogue: The OSCE Acquis 30 Years after Helsinki" (CORE - Centre for OSCE Research) is presented by Wolfgang Zellner, one of the three authors, at the Hofburg.

The book was initiated by the Finnish Delegation led by Ambassador Aleksi Harkonen. After the presentation, Ambassador Harkonen invites guests to a small historical exhibit on the signing of the Helsinki Final Act.

Luncheon hosted by the Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe, commemorating the 30th anniversary of the signing of the Helsinki Final Act

Programme highlights: Reading of a congratulatory letter from former U.S. President Ford, a speech by Henry Kissinger and a letter from Eleana Bonner to be read by her daughter. The Commission Chair and Co-Chair will receive a painting by Russian Pentecostals representatives depicting their escape from the Iron Curtain. Ambassadors from the OSCE participating States, NGOs, members of the House of Representatives and the Senate, and journalists have been invited.
