Saopštenje za štampu kopredsedavajućih Ženevskih međunarodnih razgovora

ŽENEVA, Švajcarska, 18. mart 2015 – Trideset prva runda Ženevskih međunarodnih razgovora je upravo privedena kraju. Pokazalo se da su razgovori bili veoma teški usled različitih stavova i pristupa učesnika o različitim pitanjima, uključujući i pojedine tačke sa dnevnog reda. U okviru pregleda bezbednosne situacije, učesnici su komentarisali „Ugovor o savezu i integraciji“ koji su danas potpisali Moskva i Chinvali. Kopredsedavajući su izrazili žaljenje što se takav događaj odigrao istog dana kada i ova runda razgovora, stvorivši tako tešku atmosferu za diskusije.
U okviru Radne grupe I koja se bavi pitanjima bezbednosti, učesnici su ocenili opštu bezbednosnu situaciju na terenu u periodu proteklom od prethodne runde iz decembra 2014. kao stabilnu i mirnu. Učesnici su nastavili sa razmenom mišljenja o uzdržavanju od upotrebe sile, međunarodnim bezbednosnim aranžmanima, kao i slobodi kretanja i putovanja u inostranstvo. Takođe su nastavili sa radom na nacrtu zajedničkog saopštenja svih učesnika o uzdržavanju od upotrebe sile, gde je zabeležen izvestan napredak.
Uz to, učesnici su ramotrili i pozdravili nastavak dobre saradnje u okviru Mehanizma za prevenciju i reagovanje na incidente iz Ergnetija (IPRM) i ponovili poziv za brzim nastavkom IPRM u Galiju.
U okviru Radne grupe II, učesnici su razmotrili događaje iz humanitarne sfere, koji su se odigrali u periodu od prethodne runde. Pored ostalog, dotakli su se pitanja slobode kretanja, nestalih osoba, kulturnog nasleđa i obrazovanja. Razgovori o pitanjima povratka interno raseljenih i izbeglih lica nisu mogli biti zaključeni.
Kopredsedavajući izražavaju žaljenje zbog nemogućnosti da se u potpunosti iscrpe razgovori u ovoj rundi, što je posledica neslaganja u pogledu dnevnog reda.
Učesnici su se složili da se sledeća runda održi od 30. juna – 1. jula 2015.
