Recommandations pour le renforcement des efforts visant à identifier et atténuer les risques de traite des êtres humains en ligne à la suite de la crise humanitaire en Ukraine

Un nombre sans précédent de personnes ont fui la violence armée en Ukraine et se sont dirigés vers l'ouest. Les risques d'exploitation pour ces personnes sont élevés et s'étendent à l'espace virtuel, d'autant plus que le modèle commercial de la TEH s'est largement déplacé en ligne, en particulier pour le recrutement et la promotion des victimes d'exploitation sexuelle. Pour répondre à ces défis, le Bureau du Représentant spécial et Coordonnateur de l'OSCE pour la lutte contre la traite des êtres humains a formulé des recommandations sur le renforcement des efforts visant à identifier et à atténuer les risques de traite des êtres humains en ligne. Ces recommandations s'adressent principalement à la cyberpolice et à la police responsable de la TEH, aux entreprises technologiques et aux ONG travaillant à prévenir et à combattre l'exploitation en ligne.
