Ukraine’s Acting Foreign Minister addressed OSCE Permanent Council (AUDIO, VIDEO)
The Acting Foreign Minister of Ukraine, Andrii Deshchytsia, addressed the OSCE Permanent Council on 20 March 2014 in Vienna. He focused on the situation in the country and the OSCE engagement on the ground following unilateral actions of Russia towards Crimea.
