Trojka OEBS sastala se na Ministarskom savetu u Beogradu, pozvala na dalje mere za jačanje primirja u Ukrajini

BEOGRAD, 3. decembar 2015 – Tokom sastanka Ministarske trojke OEBS na marginama 22. Ministarskog saveta OEBS u Beogradu, ministri spoljnih poslova sadašnjeg, prethodnog i narednog predsedavajućeg – odnosno, Srbije, Švajcarske i Nemačke – potvrdili su svoju punu podršku političkom procesu u okviru Trilateralne kontakt grupe i radu Specijalne posmatračke misije OEBS u Ukrajini (SPM), naglašavajući da dogovori iz Minska treba da budu sprovedeni u potpunosti. To podrazumeva održavanje primirja i napredak u političkom procesu.
Ministri su izjavili da je od suštinske važnosti stabilizovati i učvrstiti primirje na istoku Ukrajine. Iako se primirje uglavnom održava, to što se dani relativnog ili potpunog zatišja smenjuju danima intenzivnih lokalnih borbi izaziva ozbiljnu zabrinutost.
Činjenica da kršenja primirja uključuju oružje koje je trebalo da bude povučeno iz tih oblasti je posebno uznemirujuća, izjavili su ministri. Složili su se da kapaciteti SPM da posreduje u postizanju prekida vatre na lokalnom nivou treba da budu ojačani. Takođe, naglasili su da pristup posmatrača celoj Ukrajini mora da bude neometan i nesputan, u skladu s mandatom SPM i odlukom Stalnog saveta OEBS. U tom cilju, sve strane treba da omoguće nastavak osnivanja isturenih patrolnih baza.
Ministri spoljnih poslova Srbije, Švajcarke i Nemačke – Ivica Dačić, Didije Burkhalter i Frank-Valter Štajnmajer - izrazili su svoju punu podršku „Normandijskom formatu“, pozdravivši njegovu blisku saradnju sa Trojkom OEBS i predsedavanjem.
Dačić se takođe zahvalio ostalim članovima Trojke na konstruktivnim diskusijama tokom predsedavanja Srbije OEBS-u u 2015. godini.
