Predsedavajući OEBS-u Dačić pozdravlja sporazum o povlačenju oružja u istočnoj Ukrajini postignut u Trilateralnoj kontakt grupi

Njujork 29. septembar 2015 - Predsedavajući OEBS-u, ministar spoljnih poslova Srbije Ivica Dačić pozdravio je sporazum o povlačenju tenkova, artiljerije do 100mm i bacača do 120mm u istočnoj Ukrajini, postignut danas u Minsku u radnoj grupi za bezbednost Trilateralne kontakt grupe (TKG).
"Današnji sporazum je dobar pokazatelj volje svih strana da se nastavi mirovni proces, što je jedini put ka cilju koji verujem da svi delimo – povratak miru," rekao je Dačić. "Sporazum će dodatno doprineti i jačanju primirja, koje se održava već skoro mesec dana."
"Sada je trenutak da se nastavi sa povećavanjem nivoa poverenja među svim stranama i da se ubrza primena mera na političkom, humanitarnom i ekonomskom planu," izjavio je Dačić. "Moramo učiniti sve što možemo da iskoristimo zamajac koji nam je današnji dogovor obezbedio za unapređenje političkog procesa, i za dalje korake ka punoj implementaciji minskih sporazuma," zaključio je.
Dačić je pohvalio sve koji su doprineli da se danas dođe do ovog važnog sporazuma, posebno glavnog posmatrača Specijalne posmatračke misije (SPM) ambasadora Ertugrula Apakana, koji predvodi radnu grupu za bezbednost, i specijalnog predstavnika predsedavajućeg u Ukrajini i TKG, ambasadora Martina Sajdika. SPM će nadgledati implementaciju danas postignutog dogovora, zbog čega je od ključne važnosti da joj se obezbedi pun pristup svim lokacijama, kao i garancije za bezbednost i sigurnost monitora.
