Eskalacija nasilja u istočnoj Ukrajini je suprotna duhu Sporazuma iz Minska, rekao je predsedavajući OEBS-u Dačić

BEOGRAD, 11 avgust 2015 – Tekuća eskalacija nasilja u istočnoj Ukrajini je alarmantna i suprotna duhu Sporazuma iz Minska, rekao je danas predsedavajući OEBS-u i ministar spoljnih poslova Republike Srbije Ivica Dačić povodom izveštaja o borbama u nekoliko oblasti u regionu Donjecka. On je podsetio sve strane da imaju odgovornost da poštuju primirje i spreče nove civilne žrtve.
Specijalna posmatračka misija OEBS u Ukrajini (SPM) izvestila je danas da je tokom jučerašnjeg dana došlo do značajnog porasta kršenja primirja u oblastima istočno i severno od Mariupolja. Izvor posebne zabrinutosti u ovom trenutku jeste oblast u i oko Starohnativke.
Tokom današnjeg popodneva ponovo je došlo do otvaranja vatre na posmatrače SPM u istočnoj Ukrajini.
„Bezbednost i sloboda kretanja su ključni za ispunjavanje mandata SPM“, rekao je Dačić. „Još jednom snažno osuđujem svaki incident ili postupak koji ometa rad SPM“, rekao je. Nepovredivost imovine SPM treba da bude u potpunosti osigurana, naveo je Dačić i osudio incident u kojem su u nedelju vatrom uništena četiri oklopna vozila SPM u Donjecku.
