BEČ, 16. jun 2015 – Imajući u vidu predstojeću 32. rundu Ženevskih međunarodnih razgovora, zakazanu za 30. jun – 1. jul, ambasador Anđelo Gnedinger, specijalni predstavnik predsedavajućeg OEBS za Južni Kavkaz; ambasador Herbert Zalber, specijalni predstavnik EU za Južni Kavkaz i krizu u Gruziji, kao i viši savetnik UN za politička pitanja Hailu Mamo, održali su konsultacije sa učesnicima u Tbilisiju, Suhumi, Chinvaliju i Moskvi.
Timovi predvođeni kopredsedavajućima fokusirali su se u svojim konsultacijama na dnevni red predstojeće runde, odnosno na bezbednosna i humanitarna pitanja uključujući ona o nestalim licima, interno raseljenim licima i kulturnoj baštini. Iskoristili su priliku da posete oblast Gali i Ahalgori, kao i da se sastanu sa predstavnicima međunarodnih organizacija i civilnog društva.
Osvrnuvši se na martovsku rundu koja se pokazala teškom, ambasador Gnedinger je podstakao učesnike da na to da njihov rad tokom 32. runde bude konstruktivan i orijentisan na rezultate. “Uveren sam da su Ženevski razgovori i Mehanizmi za sprečavanje i reagovanje na incidente značajno doprineli bezbednosti na terenu, kao i da kopredsedavajući i učesnici dele odgovornost za postizanje napretka u ovom procesu,” podvukao je Gnedinger.
