U Ergnetiju održan 54. sastanak IPRM

Ergneti, 30. april 2015 - Pedeset četvrti sastanak Mehanizma za prevenciju i reagovanje (IPRM) održan je danas u Ergnetiju, pod vođstvom Kestutisa Jankauskasa, šefa Posmatračke misije EU u Gruziji (EUPM) i ambasadora Anđela Gnedingera, specijalnog predstavnika predsedavajućeg OEBS za Južni Kavkaz.
Razmatrajući aktuelnu bezbednosnu situaciju uz administrativnu liniju (ABL), učesnici su pozdravili aktivnu upotrebu „vruće linije“. Moderatori sastanka su iskazali žaljenje zbog zatvaranja prelaza tokom Uskrsa, ali su sa zadovoljstvom naveli činjenicu da za taj period nije bilo izveštaja o pritvorenim osobama. Učesnici su raspravljali o slučajevima nestalih osoba, kao i o šteti pričinjenoj na znacima sa informacijama duž ABL, i problemima koje lokalnim zajednicama izaziva postavljanje ograda i drugih prepreka.
Dvojica moderatora ohrabrila su učesnike da unapred razmene informacije o bilo kakvoj vojnoj aktivnosti u blizini ABL.
