Srpsko predsedavanje OEBS-u potvrđuje podršku institucijama i misijama na terenu

BEČ, 16. januar 2015 – Predsedavajući OEBS i ministar spoljnih poslova Republike Srbije Ivica Dačić juče je u Beču razgovarao sa šefovima OEBS-ovih misija na terenu i institucija, o ključnim pitanjima u regionu OEBS u 2015.
„Srbija, kao zemlja u kojoj je OEBS već dugo prisutan, pridaje veliku važnost misijama OEBS-a na terenu, i potvrđuje našu posvećenost podršci njihovih aktivnosti", rekao je Dačić.
„Regionalna saradnja i međuregionalna saradnja je jedan od prioriteta srpskog predsedavanja. Dobrosusedski odnosi nisu nešto što bi se smelo uzimati zdravo za gotovo. Oni se moraju negovati. To je neprekidan proces koji iziskuje dodatne napore, uzajamno razumevanje i mnogo strpljenja".
„Naš najveći zadatak biće da radimo sa svim akterima kako bismo obezbedili povratak mira i stabilnosti u Ukrajinu. Svi smo svesni ozbiljnosti situacije u Ukrajini. Zemlji je potrebna održiva podrška u stabilizaciji situacije na istoku, kao i u primeni dalekosežnih reformi i težnji ka daljem nacionalnom pomirenju“.
Srbija je nedvosmisleno podržala institucije OEBS-a i to će nastaviti da čini, još energičnije, tokom svog predsedavanja, naglasio je Dačić. „Smatramo da su nezavisne institucije vrednost OEBS-a u dvostrukom smislu - i kao čuvari principa i standarda OEBS-a, i kao strukture koje pomažu zemljama učesnicama u poštovanju obaveza OEBS-a". Dačić je naglasio važnost održavanja bliskih kontakata sa direktorom Kancelarije za demokratske institucije i ljudska prava, Mihaelom Georgom Linkom, visokom komesarkom OEBS-a za nacionalne manjine Astrid Tors, predstavnicom za slobodu medija Dunjom Mijatović, kao i predsednikom Parlamentarne skupštine OEBS, Ikom Kanervom.
„Punu podršku takođe upućujem svojim specijalnim i ličnim predstavnicima i njihovom radu, naročito onima koji se bave zamrznutim konfliktima. Njihova uloga je neprocenjiva u pružanju pomoći svim naporima koji mogu dovesti do rešavanja ovih konflikata“, rekao je Dačić.
Dačić je rekao da veću pažnju treba posvetiti regionu Jugoistočne Evrope. „Regionalna saradnja na Zapadnom Balkanu već godinama ne predstavlja samo retoriku, već pokazuje praktične rezultate. Operacije na terenu u regionu moraju nastaviti da sarađuju i koordiniraju svoje aktivnosti kako bi se ojačala pozitivna dinamika u regionu“.
Dačić i njegov tim iz Radne grupe za predsedavanje planiraju veliki broj putovanja tokom 2015, i posete većini Misija OEBS-a i drugim prisustvima na terenu u regionu OEBS.
