Države učesnice OEBS-a donele Deklaraciju kojom se osuđuju teroristički napadi u Francuskoj

BEČ, 15. januar 2015 – Na prvom ovogodišnjem sastanku Stalnog saveta održanom danas, 57 država učesnica OEBS-a usvojilo je deklaraciju kojom se osuđuju prošlonedeljni teroristički napadi u Francuskoj, naglašavajući da terorizam nikada ne može imati opravdanje, da je sloboda izražavanja osnovno ljudsko pravo, i da države učesnice nastavljaju s radom na negovanju tolerancije u svojim društvima.
Države učesnice iskazale su „duboku solidarnost sa žrtvama terorističkih akata, njihovim porodicama, kao i sa francuskim narodom“ i naglasile „potrebu da se počinioci procesuiraju“.
„Terorizam nema opravdanje, bez obzira čime je motivisan ili odakle potiče i ne treba ga dovoditi u vezu ni sa jednom rasom, etničkom pripadnošću, nacionalnošću niti religijom“, navodi se u Deklaraciji u kojoj su sve države potvrdile svoju rešenost za borbu protiv terorizma u svim njegovim oblicima i načinima ispoljavanja“.
U Deklaraciji se ističe „sloboda izražavanja kao osnovno i međunarodno priznato ljudsko pravo“ u osudi ispoljavanja netolerancije, uključujući onu prema hrišćanima, Jevrejima, muslimanima i pripadnicima drugih religija, kao i osobama koje nisu vernici, i potvrđuje „spremnost država za negovanjem nediskriminacije i tolerancije, uzajamnog poštovanja i razumevanja u našim društvima“.
Pozdravljajući Deklaraciju, predsedavajući OEBS i ministar spoljnih poslova Republike Srbije Ivica Dačić, u obraćanju na današnjem zasedanju Stalnog saveta rekao je: “Moramo da nedvosmisleno osudimo sve oblike terorizma i osiguramo da naša društva ostanu ujedinjena protiv pokušaja stvaranja podela na verskoj ili etničkoj osnovi. Moramo se ujediniti sa istim žarom i stati u odbranu slobode izražavanja kao osnovnom pravu“.
