Predsedavajući OEBS-u Dačić podržao dogovor iz Minska

BEOGRAD, 12. februar 2015. - Predsedavajući OEBS-u, ministar spoljnih poslova Srbije, Ivica Dačić pozdravio je danas rezultate samita u Minsku i dao punu podršku paketu mera za implementaciju sporazuma iz Minska iz septembra 2014, koji je dogovorila Trilateralna kontakt grupa.
"Podstakao bih sve strane da iskoriste priliku koju ovaj paket predstavlja za prestanak neprijateljstva i smirivanje tenzija, što će nam omogućiti da dostignemo zajednički cilj – da se mir vrati na istok Ukrajine. Neumoran rad lidera Francuske, Nemačke, Rusije i Ukrajine koji je rezultirao usvajanjem ovog paketa, još jedan je podsetnik šta može da bude postignuto zajedničkim naporima."
"Pozivam sve strane da u potpunosti primene ovaj paket mera, kako bi došlo do deeskalacije konflikta i kako ne bi više bilo civilnih žrtava. To će stvoriti uslove neophodne za rešavanje krize političkim sredstvima i postizanje izvodljivog i održivog rešenja na osnovu međunarodnog prava i obaveza OEBS-a", rekao je Dačić.
"Dozvolite mi da se zahvalim Trilateralnoj kontakt grupi i svojoj specijalnoj predstavnici, ambasadorki Hajdi Taljavini, čija se uloga u održavanju kontakta među stranama, čime je otvorena mogućnosti za postizanje sporazuma, pokazala neprocenjivom," dodao je.
"OEBS je spreman da učini sve što može u okviru svog mandata da omogući punu implementaciju dogovorenih mera. Očekujem da će Specijalna posmatračka misija OEBS-a u Ukrajini nastaviti da igra centralnu ulogu u ovim naporima", zaključio je Dačić.
