Canada
Canada is one of the 35 original signatories of the 1975 Helsinki Final Act and was very involved in the creation of the three OSCE institutions in the 1990s. It is represented by a Permanent Delegation to the OSCE in Vienna and to the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in Copenhagen.
