Journal der 1346. Plenarsitzung des Ständigen Rates
Bericht der OSZE-Beauftragten für Medienfreiheit (Kroatien, Anhang 1; Deutschland, Anhang 2; Lettland, Anhang 3). Bericht des Sonderbeauftragten und Koordinators der OSZE für die Bekämpfung des Menschenhandels. Der Ständige Rat verabschiedete den Beschluss Nr. 1421 über die Empfehlung zur Verabschiedung eines Beschlusses über den OSZE-Vorsitz im Jahr 2025. Der Ständige Rat verabschiedete den Beschluss Nr. 1422 über die Einrichtung eines technischen Fonds zur Finanzierung vereinbarter Kapitalanforderungen, die Vereinbarung von 2021 – 2022 durchzuführenden Projekten und die Aufstockung des Fonds zur Aktualisierung und Aufrüstung der IT‑Infrastruktur. Russlands fortgesetzte Aggression gegen die Ukraine und rechtswidrige Besetzung der Krim. Die sich verschlechternde Lage in der Ukraine und die fortgesetzte Nichtumsetzung der Minsker Vereinbarungen durch die ukrainischen Behörden. Geschlechtergleichstellung und Internationaler Tag zur Beseitigung der Gewalt gegen Frauen am 25. November 2021. Russlands ungerechtfertigte Angriffe auf Memorial International und die sich verschlechternde Menschenrechtslage in Russland.
