Annual report on OSCE activities
Der Berichtszeitraum (Oktober 1995 bis Oktober 1996) war durch einen verstärkten Einsatz der OSZE gekennzeichnet. Der Ministerratsbeschluß von Budapest über das Engagement der OSZE in Bosnien und Herzegowina stellte die KSZE/OSZE vor eine noch nie dagewesene Herausforderung. Die Organisation mußte vor Augen führen, inwieweit sie darauf vorbereitet ist, im multiinstitutionellen Gefüge der Zeit nach dem Kalten Krieg äußerst komplizierte Aufgaben zu übernehmen.
