The publication, prepared by the Investigative Journalists NGONGO
non-governmental organization with support from the OSCE Office in Yerevan, is a compilation of articles on litigation and cases of violence involving media for the period 2010-2011. The book also includes legal opinions within the context of the case law of the European Court on Human Rights.
