Handbook on general administrative law

A handbook on general administrative law, written in co-authorship by Professor Roman Melnik and Professor Volodymyr Bevzenko, developed and published with the support of the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine. The structure and text content of the handbook are conditioned by modern Ukrainian and European administrative law doctrines. Considerable attention is devoted to case-law analysis. Available in Ukrainian only.
