Andorran Foreign Minister Gilbert Saboya i Sunyé addressed the OSCE Permanent Council in Vienna on 22 November 2012.

Speaking in his capacity as Chairperson of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, he discussed Andorra’s priorities for its term, including education and activities aimed at young people to combat intolerance and discrimination and promote respect for democracy and human rights. 

He emphasized the importance of co-ordination and co-operation between the OSCE and Council of Europe, and said the issue should be included as an integral part of building a security community.
