Following an official invitation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the OSCE/ODIHR deployed an election observation mission to the 28 October 2012 parliamentary elections.
Presidential Election, 17 January and 7 February 2010
Following an invitation from Ukraine's Foreign Ministry, ODIHR deployed an election observation mission in Ukraine on 24 November 2009 to observe the presidential election on 17 January 2010.
Early Parliamentary Elections, 30 September 2007
Following an invitation from Ukraine's Foreign Ministry, ODIHR deployed an election observation mission on 10 August to observe early parliamentary elections on 30 September.
Parliamentary Elections, 26 March 2006
In response to an invitation from the Ukrainian authorities, ODIHR deployed an election observation mission on 23 January to observe the parliamentary elections on 26 March.
Presidential Election, 31 October, 21 November and 26 December 2004
Following an invitation from Ukraine's Foreign Ministry, ODIHR observed the 2004 presidential elections in Ukraine. ODIHR's election observation mission was deployed in late August, and in response to developing circumstances, the deployment of the mission was extended until mid-January 2005.
Parliamentary Elections, 31 March 2002
The government of Ukraine invited the OSCE/ODIHR to observe the 31 March 2002 parliamentary elections and an OSCE/ODIHR Election Observation Mission was established on 26 February.
Presidential Election, 31 October and 14 November 1999
The OSCE/ODIHR established an Election Observation Mission on 15 September 1999 ahead of the presidential election scheduled for 31 October 1999.

Upon an invitation from the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Ukraine, the OSCE/ODIHR established an Election Observation Mission in Ukraine for the 29 March parliamentary elections.
