Parliamentary Elections 4, October 2014
In anticipation of an invitation to observe the 4 October 2014 parliamentary elections and in accordance with its mandate, the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE/ODIHR) undertook a Needs Assessment Mission (NAM) from 10 to 12 June. The NAM included Ms. Tatyana Bogussevich, OSCE/ODIHR Senior Election Adviser, and Ms. Tamara Otiashvili, OSCE/ODIHR Election Adviser.
Early Parliamentary Elections, 17 September 2011
On 4 August 2011, in accordance with OSCE commitments, the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Latvia to the OSCE invited ODIHR to observe the 17 September early parliamentary (Saeima) elections. In accordance with its mandate, ODIHR deployed a Limited Election Observation Mission (LEOM) for these elections.
Parliamentary Elections, 2 October 2010
Following an invitation from Latvia's Permanent Mission to the OSCE and the recommendation of a needs assessment mission conducted on 14-16 July 2010, ODIHR deployed a limited election observation mission on 6 September to observe the parliamentary elections on 2 October.

In response to an invitation from Latvia, ODIHR deployed a limited election observation mission for the 7 October parliamentary elections.
Parliamentary Elections, 5 October 2002
At the invitation of the Latvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, ODIHR established an Election Observation Mission (EOM) to observe the parliamentary elections on 5 October.
