Under the auspices of the Slovenian Foreign Ministry and the OSCE Secretariat, the seminar was held on 16-17 February 2009, in Brdo, near Ljubljana, Slovenia, and has been conducted in English and Russian.
The project is carried out in partnership between the Office of the Co-ordinator of OSCE Economic and Environmental Activities, the Office of the OSCE Special Representative and Co-ordinator for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings and the Gender Section of the OSCE Secretariat.
