OSCE održao obuku za kadete o rodno odgovornom djelovanju u slučajevima nasilja nad ženama i djevojčicama
OSCE-ov Odjel za transnacionalne prijetnje je, od 12. do 15. decembra 2022. godine, održao obuku za 295 kadeta Policijske akademije u Sarajevu na temu rodno odgovornog djelovanja policije u slučajevima nasilja nad ženama i djevojčicama.

OSCE-ov Odjel za transnacionalne prijetnje je, od 12. do 15. decembra 2022. godine, održao obuku za 295 kadeta Policijske akademije u Sarajevu (33 žene i 262 muškarca) na temu rodno odgovornog djelovanja policije u slučajevima nasilja nad ženama i djevojčicama.
Obuku je održao tim predavača koji se sastojao od policijskih službenika, tužilaca, psihologa i stručnjaka iz NVO „Vive Žene“, koji su se fokusirali na teme kao što su definicije roda, spola i seksualne orijentacije, na pitanje zašto je pristup u čijem je središtu žrtva od ključne važnosti, na izvještavanje i ulogu policije u otkrivanju i prevenciji nasilja, na provedbu zaštitnih mjera i procjenu rizika te na neurobiologiju traume i psihologiju žrtava i počinitelja.
„U skladu sa Krivičnim zakonom Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine, sve oblike rodno zasnovanog nasilja je potrebno evidentirati i provesti istragu. Da bi se osiguralo adekvatno reagovanje, sve policijske službenike je potrebno obučiti da bi razumjeli sa čime se suočava osoba koja je preživjela rodno zasnovano nasilje te da bi pružili adekvatan odgovor, kao što su podrška i zaštita, dok istovremeno počinitelji snose odgovornost pred zakonom“, rekao je voditelj OSCE-ovog projekta Bjorn Tore Saltvik.
Kao dio šireg pristupa rješavanju tog problema, Centar za edukaciju mladih (CEM) je tokom kursa izveo predstavu pod nazivom „Skrivene sjene“. Ta drama je zasnovana na istinitim pričama, svjedočenjima žrtava i počinilaca rodno zasnovanog nasilja te institucija koje se bave ovom vrstom slučajeva. Ona prikazuje nekoliko aspekata nasilja, kao što je konzumiranje alkohola, reakcije porodice žrtve, kao i reakciju društva i institucija.
Ova obuka je organizovana kao dio projekta pod nazivom „Jačanje kapaciteta krivičnog pravosuđa u borbi protiv rodno zasnovanog nasilja u jugoistočnoj Evropi “, u saradnji sa Misijom OSCE-a u Bosni i Hercegovini. Ona je uslijedila nakon radionice o planu i programu obuke agencija za provedbu zakona o rodno zasnovanom nasilju, organizovane u Sarajevu 15. novembra, u partnerstvu sa OSCE-ovim Programom za rodna pitanja.
