The OSCE Chairperson visited the Konik refugee camp in Montenegro on 5 July 2011. Around 2,000 people, mostly displaced Roma from Kosovo, have been living in very difficult conditions for over 10 years. During his visit Ažubalis said that the plight of persons displaced by the conflicts of the 1990s is one of the terrible legacies which can only be resolved through a regional approach.
