Бюро ОБСЄ з демократичних інститутів і прав людини провело семінари для працівників правоохоронних органів та прокуратури, присвячені питанням свободи релігії або переконань та злочинам на ґрунті ненависті
В ході двох семінарів, організованих Бюро ОБСЄ з демократичних інститутів і прав людини, працівники українських правоохоронних органів та прокуратури обговорили міжнародні стандарти щодо свободи релігії або переконань, а також способи реагування на злочини на ґрунті ненависті. Заходи відбулись 13–14 липня 2015 р. у Вінниці та 16–17 липня 2015 р. в Одесі.
Учасники семінару ОБСЄ/БДІПЛ обговорюють реформу регулювання політичних партій в Україні та міжнародний досвід
На семінарі, організованому Бюро ОБСЄ з демократичних інститутів і прав людини (БДІПЛ) спільно з партнерами, експерти обговорили заходи, що допоможуть поліпшити прозорість і підзвітність політичних партій в Україні й у цілому регіоні ОБСЄ. Серед партнерських організацій були Міжнародна фундація виборчих систем (IFES), українські громадські організації й аналітичні центри: Лабораторія законодавчих ініціатив і Громадянська мережа “ОПОРА”. Семінар відбувся 14-15 липня 2015 року в Національному університеті Києво-Могилянська академія.

OSCE/ODIHR seminar in Ukraine focuses on freedom of religion or belief, and hate crimes
Some 40 representatives from the Ukraine’s Vinnytsia Region and district administrations discussed the international standards on freedom of religion and belief, and responses to hate crime at a seminar organized by the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) with the support of the Vinnytsia Regional State Administration on 23 and 24 April 2015.
ODIHR Director Link joined by Ukraine’s Human Rights Commissioner and civil society at launch of project in Kyiv
KYIV, 24 April 2015 – Michael Georg Link, Director of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), was joined in Kyiv today by Valeriya Lutkovska, Ukraine’s Human Rights Commissioner, for the launch of ODIHR’s new two-year project. Following Director Link’s public lecture on the subject of civil society, democracy and human rights, ODIHR engaged representatives of Ukraine’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the civil society and academia in a panel discussion on the vital role civil society plays as Ukraine takes critical steps to advance democracy, protect human rights and address discrimination.
