OSCE supports Training Needs Analysis for police officers

Participants of the course in training needs analysis will be instructed in how best to determine the training requirments of the departments in which they work . Using a 'learner-centred approach', participants will also be taught how to develop understanding, skills, attitudes, and behaviour of their fellow law enforcement officers.
The course will be delivered by three Turkish experts from the Turkish National Police.
This training is part of the Mission’s commitment to strengthen the institutional capacity and efficiency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
