Serbian minority youth succeed in OSCE-supported internships
The OSCE Mission to Serbia, with the financial support of the UK Embassy in Belgrade, supported an internship programme in Serbian state institutions for young men and women from Serbian minority communities. The internship programme was developed by the Mission in partnership with the Ministry for Human and Minority Rights, Public Administration and Local Self Government.
For six months five young ethnic Albanians, three Roma and two Bosniaks had the opportunity to develop new skills and test their knowledge with either the Ministry for Human and Minority Rights, Public Administration and Local Self-Government (Directorate for Human and Minority Rights); the Ministry for Culture, Media and Information Society; the Ministry for Education and Science; or the Government of Serbia’s Co-ordination Body for the Municipalities of Presevo, Medvedja and Bujanovac.
