OSCE Mission to Serbia
In order to improve the capacity of civil society for an informed and diversified debate on police reform in Serbia and thus contribute to the development of a more transparent and accountable police service, the Mission is supporting a project “Fostering civil society involvement in police reform”. The project is aimed at strengthening the capacities of three civil society organizations (Belgrade Centre for Security Policy, Belgrade Centre for Human Rights and Centre for Peace and Democracy) to monitor, analyse and produce policy papers on selected issues related to police reform, encouraging public debates on these issues.
